  Rude staff member..like shes miserable and doesn'teven want to be there.....just very unpleasant...could not even make eye contact and acted like I was an idiot and a bother...I never have this experience in indiana store..I will drive further for better service experience

  I live in Johnstown. In June 2024, I drove to this store to have a document notarized since they offer notary services. The employees on duty were not notaries. If you're going to advertise the service then you need to have a notary on duty at all times or change your advertisement to "by appointment only". Recently, I drove there again to print out a document and then scan it and the two women on duty said they didn't know how to do that and they were just filling in for the weekend. I just tried to call the store to confirm that there will be an employee working that knows how to do their job and noone answered the phone. The service is deplorable and unacceptable.

  Horrible experience. They were extremely rude. I walked in and when asked what I needed I explained I needed color copies, the woman looked at me silently until the another woman chimed in and said "she will have to print them for you." I explained that that was fine, and last time they let me on the computer to print it myself. She then started angrly lecturing me that "that's fine but you better put everything back the way you found it. Other people come in and screw it up." I said "oh, that's okay I am happy to let you do it" and tried to hand her my flashdrive. She threw her hands up shook her head and walked away telling me no. So I tried to do it, when it wouldn't print they were no where to he found so I left. Save yourself the trouble and go to Staples

  came in to try and return an amazon package. never again this old woman working was actually so rude and when i called her out on rolling her eyes she mumbled something under her breath and proceeded to drop her things and walk away.

  Janice was such a huge help! I needed help with mailing my laptop and she went above and beyond to get the job done. I cant tell you how much I appreciate her assistance!
