    Public notary specific: the store website broadcasts that they have a notary on site. Being awake responsible.I look to schedule an appointment.However, that is not one of the online options. So I show up the store and stand in line for ten minutes. While standing there, I see multiple advertisements for the 'notary store, services. I reached the front of the line and the girl there. Tells me that the manager, who is the notary, is only there from 12 to 2. Which is absurd. But fine. Its 1120, ill find an errand to run and return. I come back at 1155, in the hopes the store manager hustled to arrive, since his staff notified him of a, waiting customer. Only to be informed by the staff that he is still 15-20 minutes away. As the manager, he should be absolutely embarrassed. Wasted an hour of my day due to his personal incompetence, and the fact that they can't even be bothered to post specific service hours???

    I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during a recent visit to your branch in Easton. I was attempting to process a return for a Fashion Nova package, but unfortunately, the QR code displayed on my mobile phone simply would not scan. Despite several attempts from my end and the patient efforts of your employee, the system consistently failed to register the code. Observing my disappointment, your employee, whose dedication truly stood out, immediately offered a proactive and incredibly helpful solution. He went above and beyond by offering to use his personal laptop to access the system and retrieve the necessary shipping label directly. This act of initiative and resourcefulness was truly commendable. Thanks to his quick thinking and generosity, the label was successfully generated, and my package was processed without any further issues. His kindness and willingness to help transform what could have been a very frustrating experience into a surprisingly positive one. I am deeply appreciative of his outstanding customer service and the professional, yet incredibly supportive, demeanor he displayed. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and commendation to this exceptional individual.

    1 star. The employees at this UPS Store were phenomenal. They were helpful, professional, and did everything they could. My issue is not with the staff. My issue is with ownership and management. I was told my AAA membership would get me a 15% discount on my shipping. Based on that representation, I completed more than $3,500 in shipping transactions. Only after everything was done was I told that the discount supposedly only applied to one transaction under $500. Then I was told there was “nothing they could do” because that was the policy. That is unacceptable. If your staff gives incorrect information, that is a training and management failure. The customer should not be the one paying for your lack of internal communication. Had I been told the truth upfront, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Instead, after spending thousands of dollars, they offered me only $75 and acted like that was a reasonable resolution. What made this worse was the owner trying to explain business to me in a condescending way, as if I do not understand accountability. I manage large, complex programs and projects. I know exactly how leadership responsibility works. When employees give out bad information because they were not properly trained, that is on management, not the employee. The staff was great. The ownership experience was not. Misleading information, poor accountability, and a dismissive response after a $3,500+ customer transaction is not how you treat people. I will not be back.
