    I have always had problems with this subway in particular. They gave me a problem about using online promos and coupons before. Lady at the front of the store always has an attitude. Just went to pick up and online order and she said that I couldn’t get my food unless I was wearing a mask, given that there was no mandate in PA, this was odd. So I went and grabbed a mask and got my food, but noticed whoever was in the back was just sitting in a chair didn’t have a mask at all. Would give 0 stars if possible.

    I ordered a sandwich with tuna and bacon with cheese. I was in the area so i figured no big deal I'll just go here. They never put in the tuna in the sandwich. I dropped it off to my son and he had to call me and tell me the tuna was missing. It had closed so I wasnt able to speak to anyone. My son threw away the receipt so I no longer had it, and when I called the next day the girl said "oh yeah i probably forgot but you cant speak to my manager only i can". Apparently they wont do anything for me unless I have a receipt. I have to prove she forgot. She seemed like she was on something. I wont return as the manager wont even return my call. Ridiculous.

    (i wouldn't give her a star, but i had to so i could post this)The owner is horrible. She is very rude, she is also very stingy when it comes to putting vegetables on the sandwiches. When i ask for extra cheese, she gives me one triangle. I pay extra money for a full piece of cheese and this lady gives me half. The last time i went they didn't have enough meatballs and the lady didn't offer to do anything about it. I used to go once or twice a week because i work right next to subway but i haven't gone since. Very sad to have someone like her working there. State inspectors need to go in and see the way she runs this shop.

    Extremely bad service. The black man behind the counter was very rude! I don't think he liked his job (or white people). Will not be returning.
