I visited the Subway in Madison Farms Plaza near Freemansburg Ave and placed a mobile app order for a tuna sandwich. I arrived a bit early, and my order was not yet prepared, so it was perfect timing to inform the staff about my severe sesame allergy. The woman preparing my sandwich assured me there were no sesame ingredients, but a man behind the counter rudely told me I should just check online next time. I was shocked because I had already checked and was just trying to keep myself safe. The food was fine, but the attitude left a bad taste—especially since I was respectful and informing them before the sandwich was even made. I hope they improve their customer service.
I ordered a footlong and decided to eat half in the store. Once I picked it up half the sandwich fell out onto the floor! They never packaged it right. I told them about it and asked for a new half but they said no. The gentleman who also made the sandwich was very rude to one of the uber drivers who came to pick up an order. Overall a bad experience. Who wouldn't help out a customer for a mistake you made!

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. I went in with my children, and while my son and I were purchasing food, my daughter already had food from another place. We planned to sit together as a family.
The employee told me my daughter was not allowed to sit and eat with us because her food wasn’t from Subway. I explained that she’s my child and that I was actively buying food there, but he still refused and said she couldn’t stay.
I understand there may be policies about outside food, but this felt overly strict and lacking basic consideration. It made the situation uncomfortable and took away from what should have been a simple family meal.

I bought my kids to this subway about 45 min ago. I bought 2 sandwiches, one for my two toddlers to share, and one for myself. My wife went next door to get herself chipotle. My wife came back with her chipotle to meet me and our two children. My wife suggested that our two toddlers eat their subway sandwich at subway. The owner flipped out and told us no outside food, and told us we had to leave. My wife calmly tried to explain that we are feeding our 3 year old son his sandwich , a subway sandwich we just bought a minute before in his store. She was not eating her chipotle. He kept flipping out saying he doesn’t like chipotle and no outside food and told us we had to leave, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant/fastfood. The owner was extremely rude yelling and kicked us out over chipotle being in his subway not allowing two toddlers to eat the food we just purchased from his subway. I am disgusted and will never eat at a subway again. The food has gone down hill anyway , throw in rude management who yells at customers. Subway just lost this family as customers for life.
