  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Xavier helped me with an urgent printing order on a tight deadline, and he truly went above and beyond! He took the time to help me with my order and introduced me to additional printing services that FedEx offers.   The fact that they refused to print me a set of prints is crazy. The fact that they sound proud and happy they couldnt help me after i told them that I just drove over an hour to come here to drop prints off is just plain nonsense and a good example of a person who has no home training. I blame the parents. Xavier just needs to be fired.

  I’ve had such a great experience with this FedEx location! Xavier and Janet are absolutely amazing—always professional, friendly, fast, and incredibly efficient. They consistently go above and beyond to get things done, even when I come in with a tight deadline or last-minute request. They make the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their help and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Poor customer service i handed package on Friday July 31st which is needed to deliver on Monday with FedEx Standard Overnight. Today is Tuesday evening and still my package in Bethlehem pa. Poor communication. Never choose this location for your valuable items.
