  Some staff might be helpful and nice but others feel like they're there just to pick up a paycheck. I mostly go in to return items to Amazon, but I would rather use the machine and take my time than to deal with those who mumble "have a nice day." Customer Service doesn't seem to run well nowadays!

  I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store. From the moment I walked in, every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. I needed quite a bit of assistance, and instead of making me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience, they took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was completely taken care of. The customer service was truly outstanding. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to find a business where every staff member is consistently kind, attentive, and willing to put in the extra effort, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be returning for any future shipping or printing needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!
