  Lordina and her team are awesome.Every time I visit this location i feel very welcomed. I usually have have so many packages they are very pleasant, kind and patient and helpful. Would recommend this UPS store 100 times!

  I tried to ship a package to my son in Japan. Another part of UPS denied it (no idea why- it got there with the same address) but John and his team worked hard to help me get a full refund!

  Would like to say this UPS store is very organized and Casey has great customer service they get you in and get you out. There is no standing in line for long periods of time. Great staff great location thanks again.

  I have been using this store for the past year and a half. It's always busy BUT the staff are always helpful , cheerful and friendly. The manager she is always smiling and eager to assist with whatever task is needed to be done. Excellent customer service all the time, and every day!!!!

  The employees here go above and beyond. Everyone is kind, efficient, and willing to help, even during hectic rushes. You can tell the staff works hard to keep things moving while still treating customers with respect. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a shipping store.
