  Well I can only say this much the one guy that works there younger guy very helpful unfortunately he works for advanced Auto which he will not have a long career because a they charge $80 for a carquest rear brake pads for a Dodge Nitro just taking advantage of anybody that would even go in there so when they're out of business in a couple years if they make that long I'll be happy. There's an older gentleman that works there who took it upon himself to without knowing who was in the store bad-mouth a particular customer on his vehicle modifications even though he was so uneducated he thought a six door Cadillac limo was a modification and bad mouth said customer who happened to be me and when I confronted him he cowered up and like a complete punk said he wasn't talking specifically about that car. You tell me how many six-door Cadillacs you see everyday that are painted blue with a white top I say none.

  Bad service. Kind of a shadow-feminine quality in the staff members..as if you're intruding upon their bad day and catching blame for it. My experience was enough to lead me to never support any other location either.

  I have had nothing but good experiences with this store. They have had everything I needed in stock and the employees have been helpful. I'm glad we have an Advance Auto Parts in EN Township.
