I called in regards to ordering online… The young man said he did not know anything about online ordering… and would not take my order… He said he did not know about any coupons or deals … I tried to use the online and when I would place my code it always said session expired…So that is when I called… I had seen a BUY ONE …GET ONE FOR A DOLLAR….When I called back the young man answered HELLO…. I told him I ordered at Newberry Sub Shop and how much the sale was…No..I am sorry …I can take your order .. nothing… This seems to be the policy at this Subway… I believe management and training lack… I do not like to complain but…. When we are paying higher prices for food and you want your business to thrive… Maybe a little kindness helps…

Came in for a pickup order and no one was there. I said in a normal voice "hello" and no one came. I waited a couple more minutes and said hello a little louder. The lady stormed out and said "you don't have to scream we have a doorbell." I had no idea about the doorbell but she was very rude nonetheless.
