  Went in early today 0900. 18th feb Disgusting attitude from the member of staff. Asked for 6 inch Then made a foot long. No apology just an angry look as if I was interrupting her. She clearly does not enjoy working in this establishment. Why would you work here if you hate it so much.she’s absolutely destroying the reputation of subway. I walked out ,I refuse to purchase anything with such a rude member of staff

  I stopped by Subway around 8:50 PM today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in this chain. The employee making my sandwich was rude from the start — tossing ingredients around, squeezing the bread, and acting annoyed the moment she heard me speaking another language on the phone. When I politely said, “Please stop, I don’t want this sandwich. You’re being too rude,” she started shouting at me: “Get out! Get out!” I’ve been to Subway countless times over the years and never ran into anything like this. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Management needs to step in before more customers are treated this way.
