  Horrible service today. The guy who was working there on Friday May 15th around 10am, customer service was the absolute worse. He was constantly rude to customers, blasting his music, impatient, condescending, & very sarcastic. Thank goodness Stephanie came in shortly after to assist, because he was a mn absolute nightmare. Management really needs to check in on this guy ( tall, blond hair, glasses). He seemed like he has a short fuse. And it was alarming.

  I would like to give a high rating for Shawn, the manager on site. He is consistently very observant and attentive, especially when I come to pick up my mail and deliveries. He always ensures the process is quick and efficient, getting me in and out without delay. In addition, he is always willing to offer assistance and help with anything needed, which makes the experience even better. His professionalism and customer service are excellent, and I highly recommend him.
