I find the staff here to be rude, unhelpful and excruciatingly slow. They seem to go out of their way to find reasons why they can’t ship a package. Mailing a package should not be so complicated.
This FedEx is closest to me, but every time I go in the tall employee behind the counter with the blonde hair - never fails to give me a hard time. This time he told me that he couldn’t verify what was in the box, and he would need my ID to send it. I’ve sent packages there before and have never been asked for my ID. Very condescending every time. I went down the road to UPS and was in/out without a hassle.
Tall young man named Graham gave me such a hard time and then stared me down the entire time he was processing my shipment. Fed ex needs an organizational culture revamp. Clearly, other people have been annoyed by this guy and clearly nothing has done about it. Such a rude establishment. I will go out of my way to make sure that I don’t use FedEx in Doylestown. I couldn’t even trust that my package was going to leave there safely. Still waiting to hear that it’s arrived safely

So we had a package that was misplaced at the shipping location so it didnt make it out, Brett, one of the employees, drove it to us within a couple hours. Even though I told him it was ok. That was amazing! It's so nice being surprised by good, honest and hard working people. THANK YOU BRETT!!!
