  Stopped in for a few parts. Gentlemen behind the counter was arrogant and insulting. First of all he sold me the wrong part that I have to return now and then he insulted me when he tried to upsell and I declined. I mentioned that I have a tight budget. I really didn't mind that he was trying to upsell but his attitude was inappropriate when I declined and he became rudely dismissive..He needs customer service training.

  Decent local store, but you guys really need to get your oil tank emptied more often. It’s like a 50/50 shot if it’s full or not. You can’t just sell oil that needs to be recycled and then take it back once in a while. If you sell oil you need to take oil.

  I was prepared to complete my purchase when I inquired about a specific O-ring lubricant for a particular application. A British associate escorted me to the O-rings section. After I clarified that I was not seeking O-rings but rather the lubricant, he then directed me to the silicone spray section, which also isn't at all what i asked for, and at that point, I informed him that I would purchase Permatex O-ring lubricant. He then walked away to ring out another customer, and pushed my items to the side, which I found completely disrespectful. I was ready to check out, and he led me to several incorrect locations before i ultimately just left my stuff and told the guy I'll just go somewhere else. I would appreciate it if a manager could review this experience and advise on how similar situations can be handled more efficiently in the future. Please let me know if any additional information is needed. Thank you for your time and attention

  My husband and I were at Doylestown, Pa Advance Auto this morning. We needed to make an exchange of wiper blades for our suv that were not working properly. Steven one of the sales associates and Jim the store manager were so eager to help us with our situation. They made the exchange and installed the new blades as well. They know what customer service is all about. If you need anything automotive, go to Doylestown advance auto.
