  One of the worst Subways I’ve experienced when it comes to customer service, however both near Dover are pretty terrible. Don’t greet you or speak when you come in, makes you wait till they’re done talking, worst attitudes when talking to customers, slamming bottles, rolling eyes, takes 10 minutes to make 1 sub. This after multiple visits. If they got paid more, maybe you wouldn’t need to hire crap teenagers/young adults.

  Everything about our experience wasnt great. The lifeless employee with no personality who waited on us. The lack of syrup in the soda, no napkins in the dispenser. Definitely done with that place. I had to yell over the counter because no one was around to give me napkins. Was ridiculous. Id of given no stars if possible

  Website says it’s open till 10pm. Placed my order online at 9:25. Drove there and found out it was cancelled. The girl was putting away the food and she didn’t even say anything to me. She just walked into a part where I couldn’t see her anymore She gets a 0 for customer service/human curiosity. Will never order from there again.
