  Never again guys... I have been a loyal Advanced Auto customer for YEARS.... You folks can look up my account and see the THOUSANDS of $$ that have been spent with you guys. The whole time I had been restoring my classic YOU guys were my go to. HATS OFF to Taylor for ALL customer service he had given me! HE IS THE BEST! I went there today with my son who purchased a battery from this location. I could pull of the negative terminal, that you folks installed with 2 fingers. BUT that's not my complaint. My complaint is how we were treated by whatever the manager is in charge. We needed a battery test because the new battery went dead. His response...NOPE CAN'T DO IT...BATTERY CHARGER IS BROKEN NOTHING WE CAN DO. But the other guy who SHOULD be in charge was a problem solver and said...Llets use a volt meter. So we did. One conclusion was a bad battery....it was just purchased yesterday. Miserable manager.... NOPE...CAN'T DO IT. Can't test the battery. No battery tester. NOT MY PROBLEM DUDE!!! I'm the customer! We just tested it with the volt meter! It's DEAD. Again we have spend 1,000's of $ with you guys! But NOPE...NOT MY PROBLEM. CAN'T DO IT. Well, whatever man. Thanks for being a problem solver. BUT HATS OFF TO THE OTHER DUDE AT THE COUNTER THAT WAS ACTUALLY TRYING TO HELP MY SON AND I..... To be fair and to EVERYONE'S credit at the store.... IT MAY BE THE ALTERNATOR. But how it was handled... C'mon guys. Again, you can check my account. We're not here for FREE. YOU were my GO TO for my classic. 100% ALL THE WAY. Not anymore......
