  After REALLY screwing up an Amazon return, I returned to the UPS store and the young man ,Gio, walked me through every step to correct my errors. Thank you, Gio.

  I've lived in Douglassville for 20 years. Have used this UPS Store for the past 5 years. Never an issue until today. I took in an Amazon return that needed a label. The box was very big and barely fit through the door. I left the box unsealed, as I have always done in the past, to show what I was shipping back was indeed the item being returned. The staff always taped the box closed and stuck the label on. Not this time. I was told I would need to provide the tape to close the box and stick on the label. I didn't have tape with me and was not going to buy tape. She told me she had to void the label if I couldn't tape the box shut. So I had her void the label. The amount of time it took to void the label was more than the cost of tape and resulted in poor customer service and loss of a customer. I am hoping the 25 cent piece of tape was worth it.

  Most miserable lady I've ever experienced working. New location AND new people I guess. Glad I didn't have the energy. I don't treat anybody like that when I'm in a bad mood, let alone a job where you're supposed to help people.

  Closed/shut down? No sign no evidence it even existed *Update* - per the owner's response, maybe I missed the sign. I did successfully visit their new location in the Douglasville Shopping Center between the barber and the state store
