    Leaving 5 stars specifically for Aiden! I have never seen someone multitask so effectively and quickly while still making sure everything was done thoroughly and the customer was happy with their service. He is always pleasant and nice, which I'm sure on some days may be hard to do. I've even witnessed instances where customers have been rude to him, even though he's being extremely accommodating and friendly, and he still maintains a positive attitude and helps. I was at this location a few weeks ago when Aiden was NOT working, and the line was out the door. Staff were clearly taking their frustrations out on customers. One staff member even walked in, went behind the counter, and started yelling at people and throwing their packages down on the scale when they handed them to him... making faces and rolling his eyes at one of the older women who had a package that needed to go USPS versus UPS based on the return label. He literally yelled "This goes to USPS... Good luck shipping it because your box is wrong...NEXT!" The woman was confused and as she was walking out, I stepped out of the line and explained to her what was happening and showed her on the label where it said USPS. He wound up being my cashier and tried to "joke" making a comment to me that "people who don't read labels are dumb, right?" Unfortunately I was so disgusted with him that I forgot to get his name, but I believe it was Dan or Daniel. This obnoxiousness was such a giant contrast to the service you receive when Aiden is working! We tend to always leaving horrible reviews when we're unhappy, but I think we don't leave enough positive reviews with shoutouts to great employees, which is why I decided to shout out Aiden! 🫶🏼

    Dropped off 2 boxes to return to Verizon on september 25/26ish 2025. They never shipped one of the boxes. Now Verizon is trying to charge me $850 for their displacement of my shipping order.

    Dan was horrific - it was a terrible experience. Dan needs to be fired … I had a terrible experience as he cursed out people and was screaming at customers with no reason at all other than he was having a bad day or something. I felt unsafe with Dan. I will not be coming back.

    I was on the phone with my brother. Our father is dying and I was updating him on the latest. My brother was waiting in line to ship my son his Birthday present. I could hear Dan being extremely rude to my brother and when my brother told him that he was going to leave him a negative review he started screaming and berating him in front of other customers. Dan needs to fired immediately for his horrible service!

    I had an extremely upsetting experience at this UPS Store. When I walked in, I was on the phone with my sister discussing my father, who is dying. I understand that being on the phone may not be ideal, but I was trying to multitask during an emotionally difficult moment. The employee assisting me, Dan, was unhelpful while I was trying to find the right packaging for my shipment. He then told me to step aside so he could help other customers, leaving me waiting without any guidance. Shortly after, he scolded me for being on the phone when I entered the store. As I was leaving, he raised his voice and screamed at me, telling me I was a “waste of his time.” I have never experienced customer service this hostile or unprofessional at a UPS Store. I genuinely felt shaken and physically intimidated by his behavior. While I understand that being on the phone may have been frustrating for him, yelling at a customer—especially one dealing with a family crisis—is completely unacceptable. This interaction reflects very poorly on the store and the UPS brand. No customer should be treated this way under any circumstances
