  The absolute worse insurance office ever. Noone ever answers the phone. It automatically connects you to customer service. You sit on hold for long periods of time to be told that the local agent has to speak to you. Horrible customer service and a waste of people's time. How do you have a business with ZERO customer service! Terrible. I'd give negative 10 stars if I could.

  None of the posted phone numbers work. I cannot reach anyone by phone. When the voice mail kicks in, it rattles off some 10-digit extension number with no name. I'd give zero stars if it would let me.
