    When is somebody going to do something about this UPS branch? The staff that works there have no idea what’s going on, literally one of them is friendly and he’s never there, they don’t open on time, and quite honestly every single UPS store around is run better than this one. Unfortunately, it’s in a great location so people like me continue to try to go there. I really hope somebody addresses this franchisee, because they flat out don’t know how to operate a business.

    Rather than processing two items separately, they ended up just sending them both to the same place. Apparently they thought the second shipping label was unnecessary and felt it would be better if these packages traveled together instead getting to where they needed to go.
