  As a new policy holder, I recently had a claim when my windshield was damaged and required replacement and calibration. Dealing with AI assistance was inadequate. Joe Ellman was very helpful in answering my questions and guiding me through the process.

  My experience with The Ellman Agency was absolutely outstanding. I was feeling very upset prior to reaching out. However, when I called and spoke with Seth Novick, he took the time to listen to all of my concerns and provided thoughtful feedback. Seth was incredibly attentive to my needs and worries, doing everything in his power to ensure I was fully satisfied with the final outcome before ending the call. He also followed up with a phone call and an email to confirm that I was still happy with his services and to see if there was anything else he could assist with. Overall, it was a fantastic interaction, and I highly recommend giving them a call. They treat you as a person and they listen!
