  Very clean inside. Everything is labeled. Staff is polite and courteous. Dropped of some packages a few times and picked up online print orders. Thank you for making my visits so easy!

  Just had my first great experience at FedEx with Ryan. He was incredibly patient and good natured when having to ship something before the store closed in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location and this employee. They were absolutely delightful and got the job done great!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. I brought in a sealed domestic package that I had already packed and taped myself. The employee shook the package and then cut through my tape and opened it without asking for my permission. I understand that FedEx may need to verify package contents in certain situations, but I expected to be asked before anyone opened my sealed package. Instead, the employee simply opened it, which I found surprising and unprofessional. If there was a legitimate reason for inspecting my package, it should have been explained to me beforehand, and my consent should have been requested. This experience left me with concerns about how customer packages are handled. I hope management reviews their procedures and ensures employees communicate with customers before opening sealed shipments.

  Great, until you actually need help, like when they loose multiple important packages and no one can seem to find them. I dont like paying $50 for priority shipping, just to spend hours on the phone locating it. Kinda ridiculous. No refund ever offered, people are nice but not helpful here or in customer service.
