  Cindy and Shawn were very helpful in resolving a problem I had at another Cricket store. They were very informative and helped me in every way they could. I arrived at their store feeling hopeful for a sutible outcome but, after being scammed at another store, had my doubts too. I left completely satisfied and feeling like I had a heavy weight lifted off my shoulder. If you are shopping for a phone this is the place to go!

  DO NOT BUY THE MOTO G POWER!!!! I just bought this phone literally not even 2 months ago and it's gave me nothing but issues! 3 or more times a week it's updating (which takes around 45 minutes or longer to complete), messages never come through (takes anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes), service sucks so much (I'm always loosing service)! My wife got the same phone at the same time and she has many issues with it as well!

  I switched over to Cricket Wireless and got a free phone. I'm also saving almost $10 a month on my bill. They have a good selection of phones to choose from and the people that work there are very nice.
