  Cindy and Shawn were very helpful in resolving a problem I had at another Cricket store. They were very informative and helped me in every way they could. I arrived at their store feeling hopeful for a sutible outcome but, after being scammed at another store, had my doubts too. I left completely satisfied and feeling like I had a heavy weight lifted off my shoulder. If you are shopping for a phone this is the place to go!

  Excellent customer service and friendly care and kind words all around. Definitely a great experience every time and I have definitely used these people to help me with my problems time and time again no complaints ever anytime.

  O Workers are lazy and never really help you much. Workers are super rude. Its easier to do everything online
