Today when shipping a package at this Clark’s Summit UPS store, the initial cost was quite high because the box I used was much too large. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and took the time to repackage my item into a smaller box. This significantly reduced my shipping cost.I really appreciate this level of service and wanted to make sure his excellent work was recognized.

Would rate this in the negatives if I had a chance 10 minutes before closing people inside would not open the door while I was trying to return something all they have to do is scan it and you walk out it’s simple would not recommend terrible place and as we were leaving they just sat at the door and laughed like it’s some kind of joke.

I read a few negative reviews and comments but I personally never experienced anything like that I am in there often shipping stuff and most of my stuff is regular mail not even ups stuff and they are still very friendly and helpful
