  They do a great job of getting you in and out of there as quick as possible. If you're being held up it is most likely because of the customers and not the associates 👌🏻👍🏻

  Not sure how this location truly is, but I stop there every now and then to drop off packages I am personally shipping at around 7:45 am on my way to work. Everytime I go at this time frame it is the same man and all of my shipments are already pre packed and labeled. It doesn't seem like he wants to deal with customers, just by his overall attitude. I could see if this was a one off thing, but it happens all the time. If he doesn't like dealing with customers, he shouldn't be in such a customer service based position. I hope the proprietor of this location will see this and provide this employee with retraining in customer service. But from now going forward I will wago to NE Title & Tag for my shipping needs.

  Always get a receipt from them. They'll ask you if you want one, always say yes. My mom said she didn't need a receipt and they decided to not scan her return into their system so she's out a few hundred dollars now. When she went in to rectify the situation they took no responsibility and blamed her.
