  Asked for extra onions and jalapeños for my sandwich that I even used the mobile app as requested. The employee refused to provide more and just to said it will be an extra charge. I asked no problem willing to pay for the extra charge, the employee was rude and said no it’s too late. I offered to buy a cookie or a drink to help the charge for extra onions and jalapeños, but she was very reluctant and arrogant to not take my order. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

  We came in looking to get a quick bite, and the only person working ignored a line full of people for ten minutes. Didn't acknowledge anyone or tell us what was going on.

  These people can’t make food at all..asked for toasted they give you a cold hoagie ..learn to do your job..management needs to change ..worst subway ever
