Very easy transition and saved alot of money with switching from another big name insurance company.
Very happy and I wont be going anywhere anytime soon.

Do not use this office. Hector’s office issued me a home owners policy back in March 2025, when I requested it be canceled because I changed insurances in June 2025, the agent from his office advised that the policy would be canceled. Without my knowledge, the policy continued on until the following March leaving $1000+ shortfall with my lender which I am now on the hook for.
When I pleaded for their assistance after numerous attempts to get in touch with someone from this office, Hector finally got back to me and provided a corporate telephone number and said sorry nothing I can do to help you with this. Now it will be several more weeks of constant follow ups by me with Allstate to ensure this money is rightfully refunded. They’re quick to start a policy with you but completely hands off, powerless and uninterested in helping their customers afterwards.
Don’t use this office.

After shopping around for quotes for home and auto insurance, I decided to go with Allstate. Hector Andujar, expertly and confidently, listened to my needs and provided the information that influenced my decision. Hector built trust with an impeccable speaking voice that definitely makes things easier for a Senior citizen.

Hector was awesome that’s my guy forsure
Horrible service. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to add a new vehicle to my auto insurance policy. The dealership said that they needed to show my daughter's name on the insurance card, but Allstate would not do it. Allstate kept referring us to the declaration page that shows her listed as a driver on the policy, but the dealership required her name to be added to the insurance card itself. Between the disconnections and communications with several reps with no knowledge on almost anything we asked, we spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Allstate. My daughter ended up having to get her own policy just so we could drive the vehicle home.
Also, although you are assigned to your own agent, we were connected to the main line each time and had to keep providing the same information over and over after being on hold for 10-15 minutes each time. I will definitely be shopping for a new insurance carrier!
