  Everyone who works here is extremely welcoming and friendly. They make you feel happy and valued as a customer. My sub orders were prepared generously and perfectly. This has become my go-to subway location in the Carlisle area. I look forward to my next visit!

  Store is super clean, friendly service, they even explain all options. Manager Haley is very helpful with employees and customers. Staff is happy & friendly. Lunch or dinner times great experiences every visit. Highly recommend this subway. We won't go anywhere else. Five stars

  Cross contamination central. The guy working made my sandwich and another customer's sandwich at the same time. Huh? He used the same utensils for both of our totally different sandwiches. C'mon man. I ended up just throwing it away. A nice reminder to hit the local mom and pop shops for subs. Lots more meat and cheese and probably cheaper.

  HALI WAS THE MOST HELFUL AND FRIENDLY PERSON EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS SLAMMED WITH CUSTOMERS AND WORKING BY HERSELF BUT NEVER LOST HER COOL AND WAS EVEN ABLE TO ASK OTHER PEOPLE IF THEY WERE OK AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE WAIT. WE HAVEN'T BEEN BACK TO A SUBWAY SINCE BEFORE COVID JUST BECAUSE AND HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND WOULD BE BACK JUST BECAUSE OF HER.

  Heli and those working with her are awesome. Heli knows how to keep things moving and provide the best customer service. She is your BEST asset at this location. We now prefer this location and will be sure to tell others. Heli and her team are the best!!!
