  They messed up my order some how most plain spicy italian with just cheese the meat it comes with. but i got someone’s tornado I didn’t want the tomato and spinach ain’t even on the spicy italian so i don’t know if they got confused or just threw a sandwich together and called it a day very unfortunate as i love subways and this location too. Unacceptable forgot my drink too

  I ordered through DoorDash and on the app there isn’t an option to do extra sauce so I called to ask them to do so and they put me on hold. My dasher got there and received the order and they still had me on hold. Sat there for 10 minutes on hold.

  Very nice manager. Such a nice guy had an problem with my order but fixed it right away and gave me a free sub. I love him

  I came on my lunch break to order my sub and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a worker named Brett he was fast and had fantastic customer service!! The sub was so good I returned the same day after work to grab one for dinner! Thank for your wonderful hospitality today Brett!

  A blonde girl made me a roast beef sandwich in Carbondale’s subway I took one bite and pulled a long blonde hair out of my mouth…..that’s just gross
