  Today needed to return items purchased yesterday because my mechanic told me no need for them for a few months…. Last night when purchasing… a young man (did not know his name but told the manager, Nathaniel this morning how I appreciated his service) very customer service oriented and treated me kindly and respectfully… also( ( I previously managed facilities at a regional level). …he was very sales oriented and knowledgeable. This morning when returned the i Untouched items. A gentleman Nathaniel extremely accommodating helpful knowledgeable and treated me as an intelligent person. Confident and he was well spoken and actually sold me a few items that I needed…. Very graciously returning the items I did not. A few months back I had a very positive experience as well when an assistant manager person helped me with a light purchase and even directed and helped me install it. … I really like this particular AUTO ZONE.

  Very knowledgeable, if the parts you need aren't in stock, they will have them transferred from another local store the same day. Great communications all along the way leaving voicemail and emailed when parts were ready to pick up. Highly recommend.
