  Straight fire trash service! Order elsewhere!! I warn you 15 wings doesn’t mean 11 and your blue cheese was obviously watered down from where it normally is. The worst part, the service. Horrible. Ask a question and get snapped at. Employees all started lining up as I was complaining. What the hell is this place? They refused to give me my money back and only wanted me to take my order. They actually gave me an order for someone else and told me it was for delivery. WTH? They argued from head to toe it was mine…I called customer service and was told I would be refunded. Terribly poor customer service and an even worse restaurant. Wingstop.com doesn’t care about you. Don’t order their food. Period. Not from this restaurant anyway. What restaurant would be happy with a 2.7star review…hmmm

  The young lady running the register today was incredibly respectful possibly the most respectful service i’ve received here however the wait time was horrendous my mom ordered a small corn and a 20 piece boneless wing she asked if I could pick it up for her I was with my 10 year old son and I was probably in there for about an hour and a half and not to be rude but there was a older man in there who was sitting there from when I came in to when I left in which he left a pretty bad lingering smell in the restaurant he seemed to have food that was already eaten and he was talking to someone through a freezer bag my only concerning issue about that is that he left my son discomfort after he was staring at pretty much all the guests and the workers my family and I love wing stop but nothing can prepare you for what goes on in there as much as i’d love to give a 5 star I don’t think this location is ready for it yet

  The woman at the front at 10:45 7/16/2026 was so rude, she was like blonde but honestly had no customer service and was so uncomfortable to deal with. She made this entire experience terrible and I won’t be coming back. She stood at the front of the store and pouted while complaining about her job. It was embarrassing.
