  UPS Store typically great, friendly service unlike UPS website & online customer service which is awful. Asked Buckingham UPS Store young saleslady who knows me by name if any other customers had same issue & her eyes lit up & said "All the time". Ironic.

  Easily, the nicest group of people in business in this area. You can tell that great care is taken to be the best possible at what they do. And they are. Highly recommend!

  Update to my original review: The Manager sent me an email apologizing and offered a complementary print to make up for the experience. I really appreciated the follow up and willingness to make things right. Very disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Buckingham Green Shopping Center. I ordered a 24x36 sign and was told the total would be around $28–$30, with no mention whatsoever of any design fees. When I went to pick up the sign, not only was it printed much larger than I had requested, but I was also charged unexpected design fees that were never disclosed upfront. When I explained that the sign would not work for my needs and that I was unhappy about the surprise charges, the manager became visibly irritated and insisted he had told me about the fees — which he absolutely did not. I’m currently planning my son’s graduation party on a budget, and I absolutely would have remembered that conversation had it happened. I refused the oversized sign and requested a refund, but the entire interaction was made very uncomfortable. The manager stood there staring at me while I awkwardly put my money back in my purse to leave. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and a complete waste of time
