  the employees are literally so rude!!! every time i come here for a return they are so petty and disrespectful. we walked in and this guys started screaming saying how we can’t use qr codes for returns. he could have said it with respect and much more nicer than he did. stop being petty and disrespectful just because you don’t like working.

  They will nickel and dime you to buy their shipping products (bags, boxes, etc) if you bring in a perfectly good boxed or bagged item to ship. Beware. USPS doesn't do this. Used to be a decent location, but I guess they have to fleece customers to keep that dividend flowing to the shareholders. USPS old faithful it is from now on.

  Convenient location, excellent customer service.... always. Today for example, Erin offered the dolly/hand truck to help me with 3 large boxes. As I mentioned that I had recently cracked a rib, she proceeded to my vehicle & assisted me. Thanks Erin for going above & beyond for your customers!
