  I ordered buy one get one free subs online. I used a discount code which was accepted and I paid online. I went to pick up the subs only to be told by staff my order was cancelled. They have a sign on the door stating they do not accept coupons but I never had an issue using a discount code online until yesterday. Apparently they will accept the order online with the code only to turn around and cancel it. I won't go back.

  I have a mobile gift card and it wouldn't scan, the employees won't even try and help or figure it out. Food was just avg.
