How do you run out of sub rolls at 735pm? 8/17/26. We ordered on line and when we got there we were told they had no sub rolls. Now hopefully they refund card without delay.
This place has atrocious food safety standard and service attitude.
We order 2 foot long with my husband on Aug 8 at around 7:30pm, and I've had to ask Langdon multiple times to pull out the wilted and bad spinach. Their bathrooms are dirty. These are all acceptable. What is not acceptable is Langdon wrapping the two sandwiches with portion of the sub completely exposed to the register counter. I confronted them about this and Heather said "he is new, well what do you expect, not everyone is perfect." This is unacceptable. I understand new people may make mistakes, but handling food safely should be one of the first thing that should be trained, especially given the current parasitic infections going accross the US right now. For 20 minutes she did not train him or correct him. And her attitude and her yelling and laughing at what I brought up is extremely unprofessional. If he does not wash bis hand before handling food, should that be excused too because he is new? They should be offering to re-make the subs. There should be corrections or at least some form of acknowledgement of how serious food handling safety is. I will never be eating there again. Not just because of the one mistake on Langdon's part, but especially on Heather's response and attitude. I can never trust this place.

Sabrina makes a great sub
Ordered food on door dash double and triple checked my order to make sure it was right on my end, they missed my avocado and the second 6 inch wasn’t even the right bread. I’ve worked fast food, I get things get messed up, but my order was two flatbreads the exact same way, not that hard.

I go here regularly because of their efficiency and menu selection. Time is important when you're on a lunch break. Sadly, their service and behavior proved me wrong Thursday. There were only 2 food preparers. one made it known she was too busy making online orders to wait on instore customers. The other preparer was so busy trying to impress and chat with a customer, his focus was not on the task at hand. Then, as I waited for my sandwich to be finalized, he started making multiple subs for the customer behind me, as mine just sat on the counter getting cold. It took me 20 minutes to finally leave with my lunch.
