  They actually deserve 0 stars!!! Absolutely the WORST UPS Store!! Brought my package in and asked the gentleman if it would definitely be picked up tonight and he assured me it would. I told him about my prior experiences at this store regarding multiple packages that I have dropped off that were never picked up. He told me that was all resolved and I am good to go. Obviously not. Again my package was not picked up and I’m extremely disappointed because I needed it there by Friday and when I called the UPS 800 number they told me if I drop off today it would be there by Friday….. This has probably been the 10th time this has happened, so I have been going to the UPS on G’town Pike, where my packages were definitely getting picked up, but yesterday was in a time crunch so went back to the Blue Bell store, what a huge mistake. Avoid this store… drive a little further and get treated better!!!

  They really let me down. I brought in items for them to pack so I could check it as baggage on my plane ride home. They packed it in such a huge box that it wouldn’t even fit in my car. When I asked them to repack it in smaller boxes they said they don’t have them. The kid working gave me a lot of push back when I asked him to make it right. Never again!!

  DO NOT COME HERE! The customer service is horrible. The employee “James” refused to scan packages, despite me coming in 20 minutes before they closed. He continuously stopped to take other customers when I had arrived well before them and then told me I had to leave after he had only scanned half. He purposely wasted time so that he wouldn’t have to scan the rest of our packages. He is extremely lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. Go to any other location. AVOID this one at all costs.

  Rachel is right . Copies are very very expensive as compare to other UPS store. Usually i paid $21 for 294 copies to other UPS but i paid $44.10 at Blue bell UPS for the same copies. This store charge 15 cent per copy and other UPS store near by area ( 3-6 miles away ) charge just 6 cent or 7 cent per copy. When asked the lady about why your store charge more than double, she said that depend on store to store. There was other person , dont know who (staff or customer) , in the waiting area , looks very high , said its Blue bell area that's why i have to pay more here. I will suggest plz check the price and compare before you purchase any items. Don't do copies there. You can save more than 50% with nearest UPS.
