  I me brag on the Bloomsburg Cricket and service from store manager Jennifer H! My FIL was paying over $267 per month from ATT. Jennifer was able to help us transfer the line to Cricket and with 30 minutes he is now setup with Cricket and paying $35! Jennifer was so kind and helpful!!! My family has been with Cricket for years and the service and coverage area are excellent…on top of the reasonable cost. I highly recommend Cricket! Stop in to see Jennifer at the Bloomsburg location….and check out Jennifer’s beautiful chalk art on the store walls!

  Went there to see if somebody can help me cause my acp was ending. The guy that was there was very rude and acted like he was clueless about everything I was asking and saying. I'm switching companies. Cause I was very dissatisfied with them not taking the time to help me and with the rudely behavior. I would never recommend this place. Their not worth your time. They need to get people that can be friendly and have knowledge about phones. Instead of rude and clueless ones.

  This was the best service I've ever had the young girl Katelyn and a young man who just started only was there two days both of them were just amazing they went above and beyond to make it a great place to buy a phone and answer questions and they are still trying to help us with a payment that got charged ,even though I got charged from the card holder extra that were disputing Katelyn has called to see how things are going and as offered all copies that show what happened just great if all employees were like them two it would make buying stuff a pleasure!!!!!! Thank u Katelyn at cricket and the young man!!!!!

  Briar,Katie and I believe his name was Bryson were all so helpful! They made the entire visit memorable! Katie ran around like a 7year old so we could test the camera quality (I have a hyper 7 year old and camera speed is EVERYTHING) they were all soo friendly and helpful! Easiest trip to a phone store ever!they were very knowledgeable about all the phones and helped us pick the right phone for us and our kids! They have lifetime customers!
