  Waited at the front counter for 9 minutes before a rude worker took my order. Ive been waiting at the table for 24 minutes now with no food. Not a single trash can in sight, by the way.

  I had to come on here and give credit where it’s due because this was easily one of the best Wingstop experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the food was on point—everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The wings were crispy, sauced just right, and the fries? Seasoned to perfection. You can tell they’re not just throwing food together, they actually care about what they’re serving. But what really made this visit stand out was the service. My guy Jared went above and beyond the whole time I was there. From the moment I walked in, he had a great attitude, super respectful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He was patient, made sure my order was exactly right, and even checked in to make sure everything was good after I got my food. That kind of service is rare nowadays. You can tell Jared takes pride in what he does, and it honestly makes a big difference in the whole experience. It’s one thing to have good food, but when you pair that with someone who actually cares about the customers, it takes it to another level. Definitely coming back, and if you pull up, hope you get Jared taking care of you—you’ll be in good hands for sure.

  First off the floor was slippery. The cashiers are more than half slow. Couldnt even figure out simple math to give me the correct change back, they got the order wrong of course. Not only was the order wrong for a simple 10 piece wings no side no drink it took over 30 minuets and the store wasnt even busy the had a total of 4 tickets to work on and mine was the second order placed. Very terrible and should either get employees that know math and have good comprehension skills or just close down this location. Not only did the experience suck the employees attitudes sucked as well! First and last time coming to this location!!
