  My FED EX package was shipped from Istanbul Turkey one month ago , I paid my tariff have its receipt too , had done multiple calls , supplier from Turkey had also called FEDEX people but no response - my WHOLE 11 PIECES LANTERN BOX HAS BEEN MISPLACING FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH and FedEx people are not delivering it to me - tracking information just shows my package is in MEMPHIS- very horrible service and the customer service representative yesterday REFUSE to give me any further information regarding my package - LeAnn Montgomery - FedEx Senior customer trade Specialist also emailed she cannot do anything further - is this how customers are treated ? I just want my package -

  Had a good experience with FedEx today got my package. The driver David is very nice if you wanna pass the robot system when you call just say return call then you press one and agent will call you back. That’s the way to get a customer service and it works. ChatGPT told me to do to do that. It works. Give it a try.
