  Had a good experience with FedEx today got my package. The driver David is very nice if you wanna pass the robot system when you call just say return call then you press one and agent will call you back. That’s the way to get a customer service and it works. ChatGPT told me to do to do that. It works. Give it a try.

  Don’t waste your time going here even though it’s the FedEx ship center they don’t know what they can ship and they can’t help you figure out.

  Very poor customer service. This location will not scan your box as received when you drop it off. They wait until 15 minutes before they close to scan all the boxes.
