I am sad to say I just had a terrible experience here. I come often as I work in the area, and I've never had the greatest experience here, but today was the icing on the cake. When I walked in, the employee immediately said what can I get for you and I barely got through the door. It almost seemed like he was rushing me and did not want to make my sandwich. Normally, people want to be addressed quickly, which I understand, but he didn't even say hi. How are you or anything. Then, he proceeds to grab my wrap with only one glove on. I'm sure Subway has standards of some sort, I feel that he should have had both gloves on before handling my food. Then, I asked for a turkey wrap. I asked if there was any way he could heat the turkey and cheese wrap before any veggies. He told me that they cannot put the wrap in the toaster. I said well. What would you do if you were making a chicken wrap? He said okay. I'll heat up just the turkey and gave me attitude. He seemed annoyed. I then add my veggies, and he barely gave any lettuce. I used to work at a Subway so I know what an appropriate amount of vegetables looks like. I had to ask for more lettuce and I almost asked the third time but I thought that would be too much. He then rang me out, and I didn't even realize that the transaction was done. The receipt printed but he just walked away. Not a thank you, have a nice day, anything like that. I'm sorry, maybe my standards are too high, but I felt like I was a bother to this man and like he did not want to be there at all. I'm not sure if management is concerned about these types of issues, but I just feel like in the future, if employees continue to act this rude and unprofessional, it may drive away business.
