  Luke was our sales person. We went in for one thing and one thing only. To buy our daughter a phone. Luke was friendly and attentive, but a little too pushy with sales tactics and making sure his "boss" was satisfied with up selling. We explained several times we wanted to get in and out and he tried to pressure us into getting our own services transferred over to cricket. It just took entirely way too long for the purpose of our visit. We told him several times we were good and wanted nothing else. Maybe this employee feels pressured to upsell? Idk but we had to redirect several times that we just wanted a phone for our kid. It was a very annoying experience.

  Good service and tech was knowledgeable, I liked that parking was available in a sometimes difficult spot to find parking. I recommend this store as other Cricket locations can be jerks and act like they are doing Us a favor. Go to this one if you're anywhere close to Bellevue

  The best part about Cricket is the pricing. They offer great plans that don’t break the bank, and I love the fact that there are no hidden fees—what you see is what you get. It’s refreshing to have such transparency and simplicity when it comes to a wireless provider
