You wanna talk about idiots I’ve had an account here for five years trying to buy $1000 phone and he wouldn’t sell me it when my name is on the account. Tell me make it make sense.

Luke was our sales person. We went in for one thing and one thing only. To buy our daughter a phone. Luke was friendly and attentive, but a little too pushy with sales tactics and making sure his "boss" was satisfied with up selling. We explained several times we wanted to get in and out and he tried to pressure us into getting our own services transferred over to cricket. It just took entirely way too long for the purpose of our visit. We told him several times we were good and wanted nothing else. Maybe this employee feels pressured to upsell? Idk but we had to redirect several times that we just wanted a phone for our kid. It was a very annoying experience.
