  Ordered a 100piece bundle 24 hours in advance. Show up, have to wait over 30 minutes, we are told we can't get any of the veggie sticks because nobody cut them. Get home to find out we're missing over a quarter of our order. We head back and call them. They tell us they cant replace what we are missing. We ask that they please make at least a portion because there are people without dinner now. They agree to make that portion but nothing else that we're missing. The chicken was maybe 3/10, definitely could be cooked a little longer. Disappointed to say the least.

  I have to admit on a scale from 1to 10 I'd give it a close 9 had the 5 piece tenders with fries all in all my opinion better then chic -filla and KFC but could use a trash can in dine in area

  You’d think after a while they get it right. Well no, that’s certainly not the case with this establishment. I placed an order over an hour ago while I’m sitting here waiting the order is still not ready. Smh

  I recently stopped at 30 minutes before closing. I ordered 30 wings. The night crew was very friendly and worked hard to complete my order. The one man was working hard to cleanup for the evening. My family enjoyed them ! Great Job!! Like the new flavor ones too!

  Placed an order and was told about 20 minutes. Arrived for pickup and was informed they had a 200 piece order set them back at least 2 hours so my order was unable to be fulfilled, nor could they cancel it. Referred to “corporate” but no number published online. Spend your money literally anywhere else.
