  Placed an order and was told about 20 minutes. Arrived for pickup and was informed they had a 200 piece order set them back at least 2 hours so my order was unable to be fulfilled, nor could they cancel it. Referred to “corporate” but no number published online. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

  Went in to order and was told they were closing early, short staffed. Not taking any new orders. There were 2 people working and I saw three people tried to go in and order also which was turned away. This was the first time I was going to try wing stop and will not go back because of this service. I'm so over places charging outrageous prices and treat you like dirt and we owe them.

  Door dash them for the first time and they forgot our season fries!!!! And then a second time they forgot our vodoo fries!!! Like not that hard then yet again 2 people who I kno probably was working and figured she don’t need them so why don’t we eat them!

  Every single time I order for pickup it tells me 15 minutes and I have to sit outside for 45 minutes after my pickup time because it’s never ready.
