  Unsure if she still works here as it was a while ago but Kate was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. She was incredibly rude to customers and gave attitude, but also very rude to other employees too. Half the time she was just over chatting with someone while the other employee had to work alone. Because of that I tried the other food/burger place and it was amazing, and Trish working was incredible. Don't bother with the Subway.

  An employee by the name of "Heather" was absolutely horrible. She looked miserable and didn't change one expression on her face. She looked like she did not want to be there at all and it felt like I was bothering her. I don't know how any subway even hired someone so rude and incompetent to the customers. She also worked at the pace of a snail and caused a line that was ridiculous. She should be fired immediately.
