  We have been ordering from this location for years. Almost every time there is something that goes wrong. They never have cookies made. So we always have to get a refund instead of them popping a few in the oven and asking us to wait. (I’ve worked at a subway before so I do know how quick and easy it is to throw some cookies in!) ontop of no cookies my kids meatballs were cold and the steak sub we got was also cold. The order wasn’t ready at time which is okay when I’m sure they were busy on a Friday evening. But they had him waiting for 20 minutes past pick up time just for everything to be cold when it should have been hot. They just threw cold cheese slices on top of a protein bowl while the cold meatballs were on the bottom of the bowl. The pickles tasted rotten. No cheese on the salad. It’s always teenage kids (which I do not have a problem with) but none of them ever know what to do. There isn’t ever an adult with them to help in situations like these. I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve had so many bad experiences that it’s time to do so. I’ve actually ordered cookies before and they refused to make any. I went and ordered at the sacs location by Walmart they immediately popped them in the oven for us and called just to say it’ll be a few minutes for them to bake and be boxed up. Clark building location is closest to me but unfortunately I’m going to have to start going to one of the sacs locations. It was only 6pm when I placed the order. So it wasn’t even late where they wouldn’t have had time to.

  The shredded lettuce was brown, it was terrible looking. The cucumbers had been frozen and thawed…. They were translucent. To save money, this store uses lettuce even when old and freezes unused cukes at the end of the day, then thaws later. When I brought the bad vegetables up to the two workers, they acted as though there was no problem. For the higher prices Subway charges now, I was very disappointed. No wonder it looked vacant in the store during peak dinner hours.

  Nice smaller subway. Friendly staff. Never have had any problems.

  Very easy to get to just outside of Bedford Pa . Very clean and the employees are friendly and patient while you are deciding what you want. The parking spaces are suitable for cars and pickups. Very little waiting time and a few tables to dine in. The prices are very reasonable.
