  Placed an online order. It’s 7:00 pm. Went to go pick my food up, AFTER they already took my money, just for me to walk in and they said “we are closed”. 3 of them just standing around doing nothing. The website says they close at 8:30. I placed the order at 6:50 pm and showed up at 7:00. ??? Sooooo like where’s my money and or my food?

  So I ordered 2 steak subs with double meat, and this is what i got, barely even 1 serving of steak there......then on prior visits, I have put a note in asking for all of my lettuce on the side, and that didnt happen.......I cant even call the store to complain because their phone has been broken for 10 years

  Haven't been to this location in awhile do to poor service and quality. Today was a welcome surprise, 2 young people served me great quality subs with great customer service.

  Ate here yesterday afternoon and my BMT was warmer than my meatball hoagie. I have been throwing up all night and feel horrible. Subway was all I had to eat yesterday and between the brown lettuce, warm lunch meat and ice cold meatballs that were supposed to be in a warming tray, I will not be back to this store again. Food poisoning is not worth it.
