  So I ordered 2 steak subs with double meat, and this is what i got, barely even 1 serving of steak there......then on prior visits, I have put a note in asking for all of my lettuce on the side, and that didnt happen.......I cant even call the store to complain because their phone has been broken for 10 years

  Haven't been to this location in awhile do to poor service and quality. Today was a welcome surprise, 2 young people served me great quality subs with great customer service.

  Ate here yesterday afternoon and my BMT was warmer than my meatball hoagie. I have been throwing up all night and feel horrible. Subway was all I had to eat yesterday and between the brown lettuce, warm lunch meat and ice cold meatballs that were supposed to be in a warming tray, I will not be back to this store again. Food poisoning is not worth it.

  This is one of the only “fast food” places in the area so I frequent the location. There’s only ever one person there at a time (is this even safe…). I was in there on Wednesday at lunch and there was one girl working, with 10, yes 10 people in line waiting plus multiple online orders. Then today we wanted to grab dinner there so we put in an online order only to show up with a sign on the door saying the person working had to step out for 15 minutes but the return time was 5 min prior to our arrival. I’m assuming this person needed to use the restroom. This is insane and it’s always busy. Put a second person there… I’ve heard a lot of things about this location and how they don’t make money. I don’t know how..they’re an excellent spot and are always busy. They do skimp on toppings unless you ask for more. I’ve had employees not even fill up the meat scoops and I’ve had to say something. Poor leadership or something, I’m not sure. If it’s rent, move to a new spot, there are other building for sale and rent nearby. Lease one of those…
