- SMStalin Moreira3 days ago1.0I moved to the Breinigsville/Trexlertown area a couple of months ago and have only visited this UPS Store a few times, but the customer service has honestly been terrible. The employees always seem to have a bad attitude, are unwelcoming, and make it feel like they want to charge you for everything from the moment you walk through the door. They are not friendly when giving instructions and never seem willing to help. At the UPS Store I used to visit when I lived in Hatfield, the employees were always kind, offered assistance, and explained all the services they provided, including printing and other options. Unfortunately, the employees at this location are rude and unhelpful. I went there to make a few copies, and they wanted to charge me for everything without even showing me how to turn on or use the computer. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location.

- BMBrian MondscheinAug 15, 20262.0Have had several packages shipped there as an Access Point pickup. Last time there, I had 2 packages there and was told only one was there. Came back later in the day and the worker,same person, eventually found the package. I was told that I needed to pay an additional fee in order to release the package to me. If you change from your address to an Access Point store, the customer HAS TO PREPAY. She called the manager and was told I need to produce the email confirmation. Well UPS does not email the change. They ripped me off for $10.80. It's not the amount, it's the principle. Will not be going back.
