  Only UPS store I’ve ever been to that refuses to apply a single strip of tape even if you have a prepaid label. I was forced into buying a roll of tape. Told me is “company policy” that they won’t use their own tape. Amazingly I shipped a package out in both Hershey and Harrisburg this week and they taped my box. I refuse to go here again, horrible customer service

  AABSOLUTELY WORST STORE EVER. They are cheap. Went in to return and they asked me to purchase tape, all I needed was 2 foot tape max. They said it’s UPS policy. Absolute BS. Other customer walked in and they did the same. All other UPS stores provide and never charge. No smile nothing. Horrible.

  The manager here is completely rude. He doesn't listen to what you have to say, he cuts you off, and assumes you know nothing. His whole demeanor is selfish and impolite. Fire him. This is not the first time I dealt with him, he is never nice.
