App malfunctioned for the third time and cost me more money. LAST STRAW - NEVER COMING BACK if Subway is going to keep cheating their customers and being unresponsive to App/gift cards errors (their website is ridiculously atrocious too!!)
I told the lady that was making my sandwich to change her gloves because i do not eat pork due to my religion she told me she doesn’t like people telling her that with an attitude and i didn’t even order my sandwich . Poor service do not go here go to jersey mikes two doors away
Overall, this was a pretty weird experience. While I was ordering my sub, the employee kept stopping to talk to a coworker about catering, which made the process feel slow and a bit inattentive.
When it came to toppings, I asked for green peppers and was initially given only two small slices. I politely asked for more since it was a larger sandwich, but after asking twice, the employee seemed frustrated and said that green peppers are “expensive.” That was surprising. I’ve never had an issue requesting extra veggies before.
I understand portioning for certain items, but the interaction felt unnecessarily tense over something small. I’ll probably choose a different location next time. Overall, just an odd and uncomfortable experience.

Says they are open until 9:30pm on Apple Maps and on store front…employee inside closed up early and would not take me at 9:10pm…drove out of my way after work to get here in time before they closed…very disappointed.
