  The order ahead service at this subway is pointless. I’ve been told by the employees that their system “has known issues” and sometimes orders won’t come through or take an extremely long time to come in, yet their solution is to just make you sit and wait to see if it will. The online tracker will automatically say that your order is ready after a certain period of time, but when you show up they either have not received your order yet or have not started. If you order ahead here you will be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes for your food.

  Staff work there are unprofessional i wait for order 1 hour they give my order to someone else when i call there staff specially the night shift staff don't know meaning of customer service, rude behavior.. this is repeated third time. Never ever gone to this store again.

  I asked for a salad and I always go there was a diferent ladythey fill me the bowl with lettuce and I got half bowl.not like every other time. Then she acted like she doesnt want to put no more. Common really? I would not go here anymore.
