I visited this FedEx location this morning Jun 8,2026 around 9:20 AM to drop off a package. I said “Good morning” to the employee working there, but received no response. The employee seemed rude and had an unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. Customer service and basic courtesy are important, and this experience was disappointing. A simple greeting and professional attitude can make a big difference in the customer experience.

Terrible customer service from Store Manager Brett. Watched him turn away three straight customers because he did not want to take time to assist them. Office seemed to be poorly staffed but does not excuse the horrible customer service from Brett.
Shipped a package with FedEx and received an overcharge/shipping adjustment fee of $31, claiming the package was not weighed or measured correctly (news flash… it was!) After opening a claim to have this disputed, I sent multiple photos of the package dimensions and weight. FedEx closed the case and said I would not be refunded. After going back and forth for several weeks, I now have an ongoing claim again for this same issue. I will not be charged $31 in addition to the $20 I already paid to ship it correctly in the first place.
Second, I dropped off a package sold through eBay to this location on 5/18/26 at 2:45pm. The package is going to Los Angeles, CA. At 6:30pm the package was dropped off back to my doorstep and was marked as delivered through eBay. The box now had damaged on it after being thrown onto my front stairs. After calling the customer service number, I was told there was nothing they can do for me and was told to open another claim and they would contact me within 2 weeks. When asked what I was supposed to do for my buyer from eBay, I was told to “send them another one” — after missing time in transit and having more time spent driving the package back to FedEx with no resolution… never again!
Guess what if your system is down people need another way to pick up their package we cannot be driving across town at $5 a gallon to turn around and go home to have to turn around and come back either I will be getting money off my shipping or I will not be accepting the package unacceptable!
I’m unsure why both local FedEx locations have such bad reviews but I’ve had a pleasant experience across the board. Everything I needed done was addressed quickly and the employees are super kind.
