  The man there was rude to me and was not explaining to me why he was mad at me for asking him to help me with something. Not customer service oriented at all, then he put my label on the wrong box and my package was delivered to someone else, and the person who was supposed to receive my package got car parts

  I visited this FedEx location this morning Jun 8,2026 around 9:20 AM to drop off a package. I said “Good morning” to the employee working there, but received no response. The employee seemed rude and had an unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. Customer service and basic courtesy are important, and this experience was disappointing. A simple greeting and professional attitude can make a big difference in the customer experience.
