  Not happy with hotel staff I told them someone was drilling or cutting something above our room and it started at 2am and didn’t stop until 8am it was off and on all night didn’t get any sleep what so ever. All they said is that the management would look into it. Unbelievable

  Best rated hotel in area. Paid $150 hoping for a good nights rest. Woken in the middle of the night from the people next to me having extremely loud relations. Would not stay here again.

  We stayed at Best Western Woodburn for one night — okay for a short stop, but not more. We were traveling with a small dog. The pet fee is $40, but there were no amenities for pets at all — no bowls, no treats, nothing. Even getting water from the cooler was difficult, as the water flow was very slow. The room had no carpet and felt cold. In the bathroom, there were hairs left in the trash can from previous guests, and the bathtub had visible marks from an old rubber mat. The furniture is quite outdated, and overall the hotel feels worn. The pool is outdoor only and was closed during our stay, so there’s really nothing to do at the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and not particularly tasty. Overall, it’s acceptable only for an emergency one-night stop, but not a comfortable option for a family stay.
