  If I could give zero stars….This store staff and management are beyond unprofessional and treat the very customers who consistently support their business with disrespect. I have shipped packages here daily for over two years I’ve never had a real problem to complain about until a couple of weeks ago. An employee treated me extremely unprofessionally and was unnecessarily rude and contemptuous, almost like they were already angry and spiteful when I walked up. Soon after I returned to ship another package, hoping to resolve/be heard about my experience. I asked to speak to the store manager and if there was a private place where we could speak-trying to avoid having this conversation out in the open . She walked me over to the side right next to everyone in line doing their orders. When I tried to explain what happened with the employee the week before she snapped at me almost immediately, and said, “I do not care about your complaint," and walked away mid-sentence. Not only was I shocked I was appalled. I approached her with discretion and a desire to be heard for what and how the employee had treated me and her answer was literally I. DO. NOT. CARE! Like I said, I’ve been coming in the store for two years daily sometimes multiple times a day never had an issue but the very first time I have an issue this is how it’s handled? The experience with the manager was worse than the experience with the employee but quite frankly very similar. I can’t tell you how awful of this has been. Even though I will have to drive a little farther away, I will 100% not return to this business. I will use FedEx down the street. I calculate I have spent anywhere from $200 to $800 a week, nearly $26,000 a year shipping at this store for my business. I would say I have been a loyal customer. Apparently that means absolutely nothing—- ok.
