  Customer Service was top notch. 1st call with Shelby for homeowners and received a quote in minutes. She was thurough, asked great questions and professional. 2nd call with Irma to accept and set up policy . She had lots of computer issues and handled it like a charm. We accomplished our task and she remained patient and professional. Not to mention we are now paying half the price for the exact same coverage. So far,I highly recommend Robin Byrds Allstate in west Lynn Oregon

  I've been a customer of this branch with Allstate for many years. Terry and Robin have always been great to work with. We recently had a claim with our daughter and the process was as easy as one could hope for with a fair price for the total loss. I am positive this situation would have been more frustrating with some other insurances.

  The best decision I made in 2025 was to make the switch to Allstate. Not only the money I am saving but now I have a more accesssible agent (Robin Byrd) for any questions or changes. I had held off making a change because I thought it would be complicated putting it all together. I was wrong, Robin made it simple and seamless. I had been with a Liberty Mutual company for over 30 years with only 1 claim and you would have supposed they would have given me the best rate, I was wrong on that too. Home and auto are both cheaper with Allstate for the same coverage.

  I called in to get insurance coverage on my new mustang--and in a blink of an eye my new car insurance was active and a temp of proof of insurance was sent via email. The friendly visit was the icing on the cake (donut) for a large company working to provide insurance coverage for a gramma.... Thank you for all you do, Lucilla Kaye Stainbrook
