  I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and have received poor customer service yeah, that way consistently from the same person. He is defensive and difficult. Often helping customers that have arrived after me and treating me as if I’m the problem. I think I will move my business to UPS.

  Their system was having an issue and they couldn't get my packages returned. Not a big deal. The guy asked him behind the counter did not have to be so arrogant about it. He was training another employee who apologized for the inconvenience and Ashton's response so that was "we just work here, we don't have to apologize". Yeah no kidding. But it doesn't hurt to show compassion...
